Introduction
The IJESSR Journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and taking all possible measures to combat any form of publication misconduct. This document outlines the ethical responsibilities of editors, authors, and reviewers in the publication process.
Authors’ Responsibilities
1. Originality and Plagiarism:
Authors must ensure that their work is entirely original. Plagiarism in any form, including paraphrasing without proper citation, is unacceptable.
2. Authorship:
All authors must have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported research. The journal must be notified of any changes in authorship.
3. Data Management:
Authors must retain the raw data related to their manuscript and be prepared to share this data upon reasonable request.
4. Conflict of Interest:
Authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that may influence their work.
5. Ethical Approval:
Research involving human or animal subjects must obtain ethical approval from the relevant authorities.
Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers must provide a fair and unbiased assessment of the manuscript based on its intellectual content.
2. Confidentiality:
Manuscripts and their contents must be treated as confidential information. Reviewers must not disclose any information regarding the manuscript.
3. Conflict of Interest:
Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the evaluation of the manuscript.

The Editor must maintain the confidentiality of all information related to manuscripts and their authors.
4. Handling Complaints:
The Editor is responsible for addressing any complaints regarding manuscripts or publications fairly and in a timely manner.
Publication Ethics and Misconduct
The IJESSR journal enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward unethical behavior in publication. Any identified misconduct will result in immediate action, which may include the retraction of published articles and reporting to relevant authorities.
