Author Guidelines

The International Journal of Experimental Sports Science Research is an international academic/professional journal that has gone through a peer-review process, which aims to bridge the gap between training and sports science.

We publish original research, systematic reviews, and case studies in areas including but not limited to:

  • Methodology and effectiveness of sports training
  • Improved performance and athlete development
  • Sports physiology and biomechanics
  • Sports psychology and character development
  • Training safety and injury prevention
  • Acquisition of motor skills and learning
  • Application of sports science in the context of training

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Originality of the Manuscript

    The manuscript must be an original work submitted exclusively to this journal.

    The manuscript is not currently under review in other journals.

    Pre-published materials (including preprints) will not be considered.

    The author can suggest 3–5 potential reviewers.

  2. Language

    Manuscript must be written in English consistently.

    Non-native speakers are advised to use professional editing services.

  3. Format File

    Submit in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).

    Use Times New Roman, size 12.

    Double spacing throughout the manuscript.

    Margins 2.5 cm on all sides.

    Continuous line numbering.

    PEER REVIEW PROCESS

    Double-blind peer review.

    Review timeline: 1–2 weeks.

    Possible decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, Reject.

    Revisions must be submitted within 7 days.
